Maintenance Tips
-
Clean & dry daily: Wash all three basins and the right drainboard with mild detergent and warm water; always rinse and dry completely to prevent water spots and mineral buildup.
-
Sanitize routinely: Apply a food‑safe sanitizer after heavy use to maintain hygiene and health compliance.
-
Wipe with the grain: Clean stainless steel surfaces with a soft cloth following the grain to preserve the finish and reduce streaks.
-
Avoid abrasives: Do not use steel wool, wire brushes, or harsh chemical cleaners that can scratch or damage stainless steel.
-
Keep drains clear: Empty and clean strainers; flush drains with hot water daily to prevent clogs, odors, and buildup.
-
Inspect fittings: Check faucets, seals, and drain connections; tighten or replace worn parts to prevent leaks.
-
Prompt spill care: Wipe up standing water, food acids, and residues immediately to reduce corrosion risk and staining.
