- 140 °F – 180 °F (60 °C – 82 °C) holding range maintained by a 3 kW stainless steel heating element.
- Exterior digital controller with °F/°C read-out plus on/off rocker switch for quick night-mode shut-down.
- Low-velocity fan system and top-mounted humidity vent ensure even temperature distribution.
- (2) Low-E, double-pane glass doors: positive-seal self-closing, 120° stay-open feature, heavy-duty cam-lift hinges and lifetime bolt-style locks.
- (6) Chrome-plated wire shelves (adjust on ½“ increments) handle full-size 18″ × 26″ sheet pans.
- Durable cabinet: stainless steel front & doors, matching aluminum sides, aluminum interior with stainless floor/ceiling.
